Assalamualaikum wbt…
The first day of class this semester started with us being the latecomers. LAMBAT!
Ya Allah, I really don’t know how we ended up late. Just imagine—first day, first impression—what must the lecturer think? And of course, jalan pun laju macam tak jejak tanah. Okay tipu sikit. We were about 15 minutes late, already panting by the time we arrived. To make it worse, kena lintas students lain yang jalan macam siput.
By the time we reached the class, the door was already closed. I opened it and said, “Maaf Encik, terlambat.” The lecturer replied, “Ha, ni kena aim lepas ni.” Ouch. Nasib baik it was just an intro class since he had work, so it ended quickly. After that, terus pergi breakfast. On the way, kawan aku cakap dia nampak **** at the canteen. Biar lah, bukan ada kaitan dengan aku pun.
For the next class, we waited at the corridor, watching some guys downstairs playing Batu Seremban (or Batu Selambut if you’re from Kedah). Serious lawak! But through that, we got to know them since they were friends of our friends. The waiting turned out sia-sia sebab akhirnya tak boleh masuk makmal tu. So we went to find another class upstairs. Sekali, kipas pun tak boleh on. LOL.
On the way back, I called Mak to ask if she had left already. She said no, so I stopped by my brother’s house—dekat je. When I arrived, I played around with the two kids there, then makan nasi lemak my sister-in-law cooked while watching Melodi. My brother wasn’t home yet, so my friends and I continued kacau the kids. At least baru la kawan-kawan aku nampak perangai budak-budak tu macam mana.
Later, while watching my brother unload stuff from his car, I headed out. My sister-in-law told the kids to bring their bicycles inside. Gila lawak, perangai adik dia memang tak boleh blah.
